I use Outlook Express Version 6.0, and I am unable to open any e-mail attachments sent to me.

Microsoft has added a filtering feature into Version 6.0 of
their Outlook Express e-mail software. The purpose of this feature is to
block any potentially infected e-mail attachments from being opened by
e-mail recipients. It's a great idea. The challenge, however, is that it
appears that ALL attachments are blocked, no matter what the content is.
The feature is a default setting on Version 6.0 so you'll need to go in
manually to change the setting if you want to be able to open e-mail
attachments.

Yes, you will need to call into tech support to get an IP assigned to you. Then if you already have a domain name we can point it to your web server. Additional $4 per month will be charged for static IP address.

The AOL connection screen allows you to select another connection profile that assumes existing Internet access (a DSL connection), and does not attempt to use the modem to dial AOL.
